The Emerging Leaders' "Christmas in July" event on July 31st, in association with the Salisbury Area Chamber Young Professionals and Shorebirds, provides funding for United Way of the Lower Eastern Shore's "Secret Santa" program, which supports underserved families who need holiday assistance. United Way of the Lower Eastern Shore volunteers shop, wrap, and deliver gifts directly to recipients' doors, and they also provide a family breakfast for Christmas Morning.
